Job Summary
Team Coordinator supports the supervisor to maintain continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks, filling in positions as needed, identifying part/resource shortages, facilitating Lean Manufacturing implementations, and coordinating with engineering and SFA to complete work orders. The role involves learning all positions, addressing workflow issues, directing the flow of others, and ensuring effective communication with Supervisors, Engineers, and Managers. Requires experience in manufacturing environments, ability to operate hand tools and forklifts, and readiness to work long shifts with travel up to 10% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED
- 4+ Years Experience
- Previous lead position experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to lift between 50 and 100 pounds assisted
- Able to work long hours and a variety of shifts as needed
- Able to learn and utilize materials tracking system
