Job Summary
Oversee 3PL performance, SLAs, and fulfillment throughput while negotiating cost structures and resolving operational bottlenecks before they escalate. Design end-to-end logistics processes, optimize network inventory distribution, and drive system automation for carrier tracking and NetSuite integration. Lead the operational logistics team, establish KPI frameworks, and translate data insights into actionable cost savings and scalability plans. Manage vendor relationships and define system requirements to ensure seamless data flow across IT, finance, and retail partners.
Required Qualifications
- Mind. 3–5 Jahre fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Operations, Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce-Logistik oder 3PL-Dienstleistersteuerung
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung, Strukturierung und Entwicklung kleinerer operativer Teams sowie die Fähigkeit, dein Team im Tagesgeschäft zu motivieren
- Starke Praxis-Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise NetSuite), WMS-Schnittstellen sowie BI- und Dashboard-Tools
- Zahlenaffinität & Analytic Mindset
- Hands-on & lösungsorientiert
- Organisation & Schnittstellenkompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
