Team Coordinator - IMPB-TOB (2nd Shift)

Team Coordinator responsible for maintaining continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks, filling in positions as needed, identifying part/resource shortages, and facilitating Lean Manufacturing implementations. Will learn all positions within the area, communicate bottleneck and workflow issues to Supervisors/Engineers, and request assistance as needed. Role requires lifting up to 50 pounds (with and without assistance), ability to operate or work around hand tools, forklifts, and to work 2nd shift with potential long hours and travel up to 10%. Emphasis on teamwork, conflict resolution, and driving continuous improvement aligned with Vertiv core principles and strategic priorities.
