Team Coordinator (Full Time or Job Share)

Job Summary
Manage administrative support for the Housing & Land team and assist the wider Planning Department, including organizing internal and external meetings, booking venues, and setting reminders. Coordinate travel arrangements, process expenses, and oversee team inductions for new starters. Handle email, correspondence, and confidential information while taking meeting notes and preparing minutes. Format documents such as reports, bids, and briefing notes, and organize document bundles for printing. Issue fee proposals, manage client billing queries, and process supplier invoices and application fees on Netsuite. Complete Know Your Client checks, undertake conflict checks, and set up new projects on Netsuite. Liaise with clients regarding billing, process expense claims for Partners, and maintain tender information including CVs and case studies. Act as the first point of contact when team members are out of office and support other Team Coordinators. Flexible working options available with a minimum number of days required in the office.
