Team & Community Lead (And Friends - Britomart)

Lead by example on the shop floor, coaching the team on service, selling, product knowledge, and brand stories to ensure customers receive warm, helpful, and confident experiences. Drive the team toward daily sales budgets while building genuine relationships with customers, local businesses, and the wider community. Support events, activations, campaigns, and launches by hosting in-store moments and brand partner activations with confidence. Create and support content opportunities that bring the store and brands to life, presenting our brands in line with Compendium's direction. Perform daily store operations and online fulfilment when needed, keeping the store tidy, inspiring, and on-brand. Share customer and community feedback with the Retail Lead as part of the end-of-day report to help create a positive, confident, and accountable team culture.
