Job Summary
Welcome customers, recommend products based on their needs, and share brand stories to drive sales and loyalty. Maintain a clean, replenished sales floor while supporting VM standards, campaign displays, and stock management. Perform opening and closing duties and act as floor leader when senior management is absent. Support the team during busy trade, take part in product training, and ensure daily tasks stay on track. Deliver exceptional service through expert knowledge and authentic storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work weekends and peak trade periods
