Team Collection Manager-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Recovery Branch

Source working capital loan facilities for agri-related industries, food processing, and MSME sectors, ensuring overall quality business with ticket sizes ranging from Rs. 2 crore to Rs. 25 crore. Meet monthly targets by disbursing new cases (minimum 3 per month) and actively appoint and meet new financial partners (CA/Financial Consultants, DMAs, Kotak Bank branches) to source business. Maintain strong follow-up and customer service, coordinate with trade finance, CMS, operations, treasury, legal, and branch banking teams, and collaborate with credit to manage client expectations and risk. The role is 80% field-based with 20% office work, and requires willingness to travel extensively; own vehicle with valid driving license is required. Postgraduate qualifications in Banking and Finance are preferred, along with strong communication and relationship-management skills. Preferred candidates include those with knowledge of mortgage properties and networks in the local area; experience as a HDFC BBG RM is noted as preferable.
