Job Summary
Team Collection Manager for AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL (FIELD-ORIENTED) with recovery focus in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Driving sourcing of working capital loan facilities for agri-related industries and MSME segments, managing end-to-end loan lifecycle from new lead generation to disbursement (Rs. 2 crore to Rs. 25 crore), coordinating with branch banking teams, legal and credit, ensuring speed, scale and quality of service, and possessing strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in Hindi and English. Requires willingness to travel extensively (80% field) with own vehicle, and a background in banking/finance with knowledge of balance sheets, P&L, mortgage properties, and relationship management. Strong follow-up, risk awareness, and ability to work with various stakeholders (CA/financial consultants, DMAs, bank branches) to source and service customers.
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate in Banking and Finance / Marketing and Finance will have edge over others
