Team Care Coordinator, Surgical

Coordinate surgical patient care at Southeast Orthopedic Specialists by accurately documenting medical visits with provider and patient, assisting in in-office procedures, handling disability forms/FMLA, processing prescriptions, triaging patient calls, scheduling appointments and procedures, and collaborating with WC adjusters, home health agencies, and nurse case managers. Maintain surgical/clinical schedules for physicians/PA, manage orders for physical therapy, and uphold strong organizational, interpersonal, and confidential communication skills in a busy clinic environment traveling between clinics as needed.
