Job Summary
Run an effective, efficient department by spending 60-70% of the workday on the floor overseeing production, safety, quality, and efficiencies. Manage daily targets while promoting and leading initiatives in safety, quality, 5S, and Continuous Improvement. Lead required meetings, assist with problem solving and investigations, and implement new tools. Act as a key person in the designated work area, develop cross-training plans, ensure material availability, and keep leadership informed on planning, quality, personnel, safety, and materials. Work Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
