Job Summary
Coach teammates, drive sales performance, and ensure athletes find the right gear by delivering outstanding experiences through expert product knowledge and strong leadership. Uphold merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans with store managers, and manage general store oversight including opening/closing procedures and front-end functions. Communicate departmental goals, develop effective schedules, and lead hiring, onboarding, and retention while coaching, developing, and holding direct reports accountable for compliance and performance. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to maintain a respectful environment where all athletes and teammates are welcomed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
