Coach teammates, drive sales performance, and ensure athletes find the right gear for their sport by delivering exceptional experiences through expert product knowledge. Anticipate athlete needs, provide accurate product information, and uphold merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory replenishment. Lead company programs such as loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while collaborating with store managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans supporting business priorities. Execute operational initiatives, manage staffing needs, and oversee opening/closing procedures when acting as sole leader. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures policies. Targeted pay range is $49,500.00 - $63,500.00.
