Job Summary
Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate product information and anticipating customer needs. Uphold merchandising standards through floor sets, signage, and inventory replenishment while leading departmental programs like loyalty enrollment. Collaborate with store managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute operational initiatives, and adjust schedules based on traffic demands. When acting as sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening/closing procedures, front-end functions, and direct reports supervision. Build and lead a strong team by managing hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and accountability for policy compliance. Targeted pay range is $52,500.00 - $66,500.00 for a 38-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
