Job Summary
Coach teammates, drive sales performance, and ensure athletes find the right gear by delivering outstanding experiences through expert product knowledge and strong leadership. Uphold merchandising standards, execute 30-60-90 day plans with store managers, and manage general store oversight including opening/closing procedures and front-end functions. Communicate departmental goals to direct reports, develop effective schedules, and lead hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives while enforcing safety and loss prevention policies. Targeted pay range is $52,500.00 - $66,500.00 based on a 38-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
