Job Summary
Guide the store team by setting the pace on the floor, directing priorities, and providing in-the-moment coaching to maintain a high-energy culture. Lead recovery, replenishment, and fixture resets while ensuring merchandising standards and visual transitions are met. Serve as a go-to resource for operational questions, escalate risks quickly, and prioritize guest service coverage to drive sales. Handle escalated customer concerns with confidence and reinforce the Party service model. Work 10 to 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays, with a pay range of $14.75 - $17.50.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1-2 years of retail experience
- Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and climb ladders
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and confident communication skills, including coaching and feedback
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sports and retail
- Understanding of retail operations, service standards, and visual merchandising
