Job Summary
Team Captain leads the store floor during shifts, provides coaching and feedback to teammates, supports onboarding and training of new team members, and helps maintain a high-energy, high-commitment store culture. Responsibilities include directing work, prioritizing tasks, guiding merchandising efforts (recovery, replenishment, fixture resets), ensuring service coverage, handling escalated customer concerns, and driving sales during assigned shifts with a guest-focused approach. The role requires clear, confident communication, initiative, and the ability to manage operations and respond to promotions, events, and hot markets. Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, 1-2 years of retail experience, and availability for 10-20 hours per week. The position is part-time with a pay range of $17.00-$23.00 per hour, located at Rally House Gurnee Mills, United States of America.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
