Job Summary
Team Captain (Shift Leader) leads the store floor to maintain high-energy, high-commitment culture, coaches teammates in service behaviors, guides tasks during shifts, prioritizes and delegates to ensure execution, drives sales during assigned shifts, and ensures merchandising and floor standards are maintained. Responsibilities include onboarding and training new team members, providing in-the-moment coaching, handling escalated customer concerns with professionalism, and supporting promotions and events. Requires clear, confident communication and a passion for sports and retail.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1-2 years of retail experience
- Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays
