Job Summary
Team Captain on the store floor responsible for guiding the team, onboarding and training new team members, coaching and providing in-the-moment feedback, maintaining a high-energy, high-commitment store culture, and directing work to ensure execution of merchandising, service, and promotions. Drives sales during shifts through guest focus and urgency, reinforces service standards, handles escalated customer concerns with professionalism, and supports leadership with staffing adjustments and floor-set execution.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1-2 years of retail experience
- Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds; bend, reach, and climb ladders
