Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution in merchandising, pricing, and signage while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Manage priorities, guide direct reports, and execute 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities and financial goals. Anticipate athlete needs, provide accurate product information, and uphold merchandising standards. When acting as sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening/closing procedures, Front End functions, and teammate supervision. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining direct reports. Ensure all teammates are properly trained, receive coaching and feedback, and hold them accountable for compliance with safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
