Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Manage priorities to guide your team toward operational excellence that directly impacts the athlete experience through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing clear product information. Uphold merchandising standards, promote company programs, and contribute to 30-60-90 day plans with the store manager and assistant store manager. Execute plans using independent judgment to meet financial goals and adjust schedules based on athlete traffic demands. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, while ensuring compliance with safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
