Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Coach your team on merchandising, pricing, and signage standards while managing inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Collaborate with store and area managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute operational initiatives, and adjust schedules based on athlete traffic demands. Sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining direct reports; providing performance management, training, and accountability for policy compliance. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Requires high school diploma, 1-3 years retail experience, and previous people leadership.
