Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution on merchandising, pricing, signage, inventory, and fulfillment while managing priorities and guiding direct reports toward operational excellence. Anticipate athlete needs, provide product knowledge, and uphold merchandising standards by following floor sets and replenishment protocols. Collaborate with store and assistant managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, establish staffing and hiring needs, and execute initiatives within budget. Communicate departmental goals, assign workloads based on skill levels, and develop effective schedules to meet traffic demands. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining direct reports, while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
