Job Summary
Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution in merchandising, pricing, and signage while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Manage priorities with the SM and ASM to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute operational initiatives, and adjust schedules based on athlete traffic demands. Anticipate athlete needs, provide product knowledge, and enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining direct reports, while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Previous retail/customer-facing experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience preferred
