Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution on merchandising, pricing, signage, inventory, and fulfillment while managing priorities for operational excellence. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and develop effective schedules to meet traffic demands and financial targets. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining direct reports, while providing coaching, performance management, and accountability for policy compliance. Execute 30-60-90 day plans with the store manager and assistant store manager to support business priorities within established budgets.
