Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Manage priorities, guide direct reports, and develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities and financial goals. Anticipate athlete needs, provide product knowledge, and enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining appropriate staff, while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Act as Head Coach when sole leader, overseeing opening/closing procedures, Front End functions, and teammate supervision.
