Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure consistent, athlete-ready experiences. Coach your team on merchandising, pricing, and signage standards while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Manage priorities and guide direct reports to deliver operational excellence through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. Develop 30-60-90 day plans, establish staffing and hiring needs, and execute initiatives aligned with budgets and financial goals. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and monitor progress to meet payroll targets. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management, including annual reviews and termination recommendations. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while holding teammates accountable for compliance.
