Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage on the sales floor, while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes behind the scenes. Manage priorities and guide your team to deliver operational excellence that directly impacts the athlete experience through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. Together with the SM and ASM, contribute to the development of 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities for assigned department(s). Build and lead a strong, effective team that successfully delivers positive athlete experiences by taking the lead on sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining appropriate number of direct reports. Adhere to and enforce established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
