Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure consistent, athlete-ready experiences. Coach teams on merchandising, pricing, and signage while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Anticipate athlete needs, provide product knowledge, and uphold merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, and replenishment. Collaborate with store and area managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans for business priorities, staffing, and operational initiatives. Manage direct reports through sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and performance management, including annual reviews and termination recommendations. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while holding teammates accountable for compliance.
