Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution on merchandising, pricing, signage, inventory, and fulfillment while managing priorities that directly impact the athlete experience. Communicate departmental goals to direct reports, assign workload based on skill levels, and develop effective schedules to meet traffic demands. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, while providing coaching, performance management, and accountability for compliance with safety and loss prevention policies. Execute 30-60-90 day plans with the store manager to support business priorities and operational initiatives.
