Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution in merchandising, pricing, and signage while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Manage priorities to guide your team toward operational excellence that directly impacts the athlete experience through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. Anticipate athlete needs, provide clear product information, and uphold merchandising standards including floor sets and signage requirements. Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to develop 30-60-90 day plans, establish staffing and hiring needs, and execute initiatives within established budgets. Lead sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention of direct reports, ensuring all teammates receive proper training, coaching, and performance management. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while holding teammates accountable for compliance.
