Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution in merchandising, pricing, and signage while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Develop 30-60-90 day plans with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business priorities, execute operational initiatives, and manage staffing needs within budget. Communicate departmental goals to direct reports, assign workload based on skill levels, and monitor progress against plans to ensure uninterrupted operations and financial goals. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, while providing coaching, performance management, and accountability for compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
