Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage on the sales floor while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Manage priorities and guide direct reports to deliver operational excellence that directly impacts the athlete experience through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. Communicate departmental goals and plans to direct reports, assigning workload based on skill levels to maximize efficiencies. Monitor progress against plans and pivot accordingly to ensure uninterrupted operations while meeting payroll and financial goals. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining appropriate direct reports. Ensure all teammates are properly trained and hold them accountable for compliance with safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
