Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Manage priorities and guide direct reports to deliver operational excellence that directly impacts the athlete experience through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities and execute initiatives in accordance with established budgets and financial goals. When acting as sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening and closing procedures, Front End functions, and teammate supervision. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Adhere to and enforce established policies related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
