Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution on merchandising, pricing, and signage while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Manage priorities, guide direct reports, and execute 30-60-90 day plans to meet business and financial goals. When acting as sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening/closing procedures, Front End functions, and teammate supervision. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and develop effective schedules to meet traffic demands. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining appropriate staff. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management, including annual reviews and termination recommendations. Adhere to and enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
