Collaborate with store managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans for business priorities, staffing, and operational initiatives. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports. Ensure all teammates are properly trained and held accountable for safety, loss prevention, and policy compliance.
