Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage on the sales floor, while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes behind the scenes. Manage priorities and guide your team to deliver operational excellence that directly impacts the athlete experience through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities and execute them using independent judgment. Communicate departmental goals and assign workload based on skill levels to maximize efficiencies. Build and lead a strong, effective team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports. Ensure all teammates are properly trained and held accountable for compliance with safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
