Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Manage priorities and guide direct reports to deliver operational excellence through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and develop effective schedules to meet athlete traffic demands. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining appropriate staff. Ensure all teammates are properly trained, provide coaching and feedback, and hold them accountable for compliance with safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
