Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Communicate departmental goals and plans to direct reports, assign workload based on skill levels, and monitor progress against plans to meet financial goals. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Adhere to and enforce established policies related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
