Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution, ensuring consistent, athlete-ready experiences through merchandising, pricing, and signage standards. Coach your team to deliver operational excellence in inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes while managing priorities and guiding direct reports. Develop 30-60-90 day plans with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business priorities, execute initiatives within budget, and adjust strategies based on plan effectiveness. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and create effective schedules to meet traffic demands. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management including annual reviews and termination recommendations. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
