Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure consistent, athlete-ready experiences by coaching teams on merchandising, pricing, and signage standards. Manage priorities with the store manager to develop 30-60-90 day plans for business priorities, staffing, and operational initiatives while executing schedules that meet athlete traffic demands. Anticipate athlete needs to provide accurate product information, enforce safety and loss prevention policies, and lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for direct reports.
