Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution, coaching your team on merchandising, pricing, signage, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Deliver outstanding experiences by anticipating athlete needs, providing accurate product information, and promoting company programs like loyalty enrollment. Collaborate with store and area managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute operational initiatives, and adjust schedules based on traffic demands while meeting financial goals. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports; provide coaching, feedback, and performance management including annual reviews and termination recommendations. Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while holding teammates accountable for compliance.
