Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution in merchandising, pricing, and signage while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Manage priorities and guide direct reports to deliver operational excellence through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. Communicate departmental goals and plans to direct reports, assigning workload based on skill levels to maximize efficiencies. Monitor progress against plans and pivot accordingly to meet payroll and financial goals while ensuring uninterrupted operations. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining appropriate staff. Ensure all teammates are properly trained and held accountable for compliance with safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
