Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage on the sales floor while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Manage priorities and guide direct reports to deliver operational excellence that impacts the athlete experience through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. Communicate departmental goals and plans to direct reports, assigning workload based on skill levels to maximize efficiencies. Build and lead a strong team by taking the lead on sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining appropriate staff. Ensure all teammates are properly trained and provide coaching, feedback, development, and motivation throughout the lifecycle. Adhere to and enforce established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
