Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage on the sales floor while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Communicate departmental goals and plans to direct reports, assign workload based on skill levels, and develop effective schedules to meet athlete traffic demands. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management including annual reviews and termination recommendations. Adhere to and enforce established policies related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
