Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution in merchandising, pricing, and signage while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Manage priorities and guide direct reports through daily/weekly goal communication, workload assignment, and schedule development to meet athlete traffic demands and financial targets. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining appropriate staff, while providing coaching, performance management, and accountability for safety, loss prevention, and policy compliance.
