Team Captain Operations - HIRING EVENT

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage on the sales floor while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Anticipate athlete needs by providing clear, accurate product information and uphold company merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, and replenishment. Together with the store manager and ASM, develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities and execute operational initiatives within established budgets. When acting as sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening and closing procedures, front end functions, and teammate supervision. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, holding teammates accountable for compliance.
