Team Captain Operations

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution, coaching the team to deliver strong merchandising, pricing, and signage standards while managing inventory and fulfillment processes. Anticipate athlete needs to provide accurate product information, uphold presentation standards, and lead company programs like loyalty enrollment. Collaborate with store managers to develop 30-60-90 day plans, execute staffing schedules, and oversee opening/closing procedures when acting as sole leader. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, and retaining direct reports, while ensuring compliance with safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
