Team Captain Operations

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution in merchandising, pricing, signage, inventory, and fulfillment while managing priorities that directly impact the athlete experience. Develop 30-60-90 day plans with store management to support business priorities, execute operational initiatives, and adjust schedules based on traffic demands. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, while providing coaching, performance management, and accountability for policy compliance. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to uphold company standards and protect store integrity.
