Team Captain Operations

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution in merchandising, pricing, signage, inventory, and fulfillment while managing priorities to guide the team toward operational excellence. When acting as sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening and closing procedures, front end functions, and teammate supervision. Communicate departmental goals, assign workload based on skill levels, and develop effective schedules to meet traffic demands and financial targets. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, while providing coaching, performance management, and accountability for compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
