Team Captain Operations

Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. Coach your team to deliver strong execution in merchandising, pricing, and signage while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. Manage priorities and guide direct reports to deliver operational excellence that impacts the athlete experience through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. When acting as sole leader, perform general store oversight including opening and closing procedures, Front End functions, and teammate supervision. Build and lead a strong team by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and retaining direct reports, while providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Adhere to established policies regarding safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
